1. Thesis

The thesis is the initial part of the expository text structure whose content is the author's point of view or opinion on the problem raised. In the exposition text the thesis is mentioned at the beginning and at the end it is explained again in the form of a re-emphasis of the problem raised in the thesis.

2. Argumentation

Argumentation contains a more in-depth explanation of a statement of opinion (thesis) whose truth is acknowledged by the author through the facts contained in this argument. The argumentation located after the thesis is characterized by the author's statements about the topic raised.

3. Recommendations

The recommendation is in the form of a re-explanation of the thesis that has been submitted which is based on the facts that the author has explained in the argument. Recommendations are usually found at the end of the exposition text.

Language Features and Language Component

There are some language features of argumentative fext:

6. Abstract nouns refer to ideas, Feelings emotions states, actions, concepts, experiences, and qualities that we cannot see, taste, touch smell, or hear. For example: Science Chemistry geography, etc.

7. A technical term is a word, phrase or acronym that professionals or experts use in their specitic field to help save time when communicating tol with other knowledgeable professionals.

Elections in Indonesia

Elections in Indonesia are one of the means of popular sovereignty regulated in the 1945 law and also Pancasila. Elections must be carried out directly, honestly, fairly, freely, confidentially and publicly. Principles like this are often used by legislative candidates to become election winners.

Until now, there are still a lot of money campaigns going on to enable legislative candidates to get more votes.

However, this is not a good and healthy political system because people do not vote based on their work program. In fact, that person chooses to want to have a more prosperous life.

Therefore, prohibiting money campaigns and avoiding them is one way to advance the Indonesian political system. Political education is needed so that people are aware of the current political situation in Indonesia.

According to Aristotle's statement, meaningful politics is one that can change people's lives from just living to living a good life.
