*Theory 1. Social Function menurut pemahaman saya, teks deskripsi bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kepada pembaca mengenai sesuatu secara detai. Salah satu fungsi sosial dari descriptive text adalah untuk menggambarkan orang tertentu atau particular person. 2. Structure of Descriptive Text Structure Descriptive Text ada dua yaitu identifikasi dan deskripsi  • Identification (identifikasi)  Bagian identification berisi pengenalan objek yang akan dideskripsikan.
